Returns

In the Returns section, we are committed to ensuring a simple and hassle-free procedure for our customers. Here you will find all the necessary information to initiate a return request, when possible, including the conditions and timeframes within which a product can be returned. Our goal is to ensure that every return is handled quickly and transparently, with a dedicated customer service team to answer any questions or concerns. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Purchases made on the etapharma.com site are governed by Italian law on mail-order sales. The right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of the supply of goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons, or related to health protection (e.g., creams, cosmetic products, toothpaste, dietary supplements, and other similar goods), as well as (pursuant to art. 47, I paragraph, lett. b), Consumer Code), with reference to medicines and medical devices.

Returns on etapharma.com are subject to specific conditions that protect the safety and integrity of the products sold. To ensure maximum safety, we accept returns only if the product packaging has not been opened or tampered with in any way. This means the product must be returned in its original, sealed, and intact packaging, without being used or tested.

If you wish to return a product purchased on etapharma.com, you can do so within 14 days of receipt. To initiate the procedure, simply send an email to info@etapharma.com. In the email, we ask you to attach a photo that certifies the integrity of the product, clearly showing that the packaging has not been opened, tampered with, or damaged.

Upon receipt of the return, to ensure the safety and integrity of the process, we take photos and videos of the product. This allows us to verify that the returned product matches exactly what was declared. If the product received does not match the conditions described in your request, the return will not be accepted, and the product will be returned to you at your expense.

Our goal is to ensure that every return is handled transparently and securely, ensuring compliance with current conditions and regulations.

The refund for returned products is made within 10 days of receiving the intact and untampered product. The refund will be executed using the same payment method you chose at the time of purchase. If you paid on delivery, we ask you to provide your payment information via email to info@etapharma.com. Please note that we are not responsible for any errors made in communicating data via email, so make sure to provide the correct information.

Please note that any discounts applied at the time of purchase will not be refunded. If you purchased multiple products and benefited from a discount, the refund will be calculated based on the actual price paid for the returned products. In the case of a partial return on a purchase of multiple products, only the part corresponding to the returned products will be refunded, without considering discounts applied to bundle offers.

Additionally, at the time of the refund, shipping costs of €10 will be deducted. Our goal is to ensure a fair and transparent refund process, respecting the conditions outlined above.
