Orders are shipped within 24 business hours of receipt, from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received during the weekend will be processed
Shipments are made via express courier with estimated delivery in 24/48 hours (up to 72 hours for islands and remote areas).
Once the order is handed over to the courier, the customer will receive a tracking code to monitor the shipment status in real-time.
In case of recipient absence, the courier will make two delivery attempts. Subsequently, the package may be held at the courier’s warehouse; any storage, redelivery, or address change costs will be charged to the customer, unless otherwise indicated by Etapharma.
We encourage customers to check the package’s integrity upon delivery and report any anomalies (damaged, tampered, wet, or non-compliant packaging) within 24 hours of receipt, attaching photographic evidence when possible.
In case of damaged, missing, or non-compliant product with the order, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. After appropriate checks, Etapharma may proceed, depending on the case, with:
