Shipping and Returns

Sales activities, order preparation, shipping, and returns management are entirely handled by Etapharma S.r.l. (hereinafter “Etapharma”), with registered office at Via Dogliotti n. 1, 93014 Mussomeli (CL), VAT number 01966950857.

Orders are shipped within 24 business hours of receipt, from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. In case of delays or delivery issues, we encourage customers to contact us promptly to report the incident.

Shipments are made via express courier with estimated delivery in 24/48 hours (up to 72 hours for islands and remote areas). Shipping is free for all deliveries in Italy, regardless of the amount spent. Cash on delivery payment is available exclusively for shipments in Italy and does not incur additional costs on top of the order total.

Once the order is handed over to the courier, the customer will receive a tracking code to monitor the shipment status in real-time.

In case of recipient absence, the courier will make two delivery attempts. Subsequently, the package may be held at the courier’s warehouse; any storage, redelivery, or address change costs will be charged to the customer, unless otherwise indicated by Etapharma.

We encourage customers to check the package’s integrity upon delivery and report any anomalies (damaged, tampered, wet, or non-compliant packaging) within 24 hours of receipt, attaching photographic evidence when possible.

In case of damaged, missing, or non-compliant product with the order, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. After appropriate checks, Etapharma may proceed, depending on the case, with:

  • product replacement at no additional cost;
  • new shipment of missing items;
  • – or partial or full refund of the amount paid.

In any case, the consumer’s right of withdrawal remains, as regulated in the dedicated section, according to the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
