Shipping
Orders are shipped within 24 business hours of receipt, Monday through Friday, except on holidays. Orders received during the weekend will be processed the following Monday. In case of delays or delivery issues, please contact us to report the incident.
Shipments are made via express courier with estimated delivery in 24/48 hours. Shipping is free only for deliveries in Italy, regardless of the amount spent. Cash on delivery payment is available exclusively for shipments in Italy and does not incur additional costs.

Payment with Klarna
We offer the option to pay in installments through Klarna. Bank Transfer Payment
You can pay by bank transfer. After completing your order, you will receive an email containing the IBAN for payment. Purchases made on this site are governed by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
According to Article 52 and following of the Consumer Code, the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from product delivery, without having to provide any reason, provided that the item is returned intact, perfectly packaged, unopened, and unused.
Pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter e) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or health protection, once opened after delivery. This category includes, but is not limited to, dietary supplements, cosmetics, creams and personal care products, toothpaste, other similar goods intended for direct contact with the body, as well as medicines and medical devices.
Therefore, it is not possible to return products whose security seal appears opened, broken, or tampered with.
The withdrawal request must be made within 14 days of delivery through written communication to the email address info@etapharma.com, or through the contact page. The product must be returned within an additional 14 days, as required by Article 57 of the Consumer Code.
Orders are shipped within 24 business hours of receipt, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received during the weekend will be processed the following Monday. In case of delays or delivery issues, please contact us to report the incident.
Shipments are made via express courier with estimated delivery in 24/48 hours (up to 72 hours for islands and remote areas).
Once handed over to the courier, the customer will receive the tracking code to monitor the shipment status in real-time.
In case of recipient absence, the courier will make two delivery attempts. After that, the package will go into storage; any storage or redelivery costs will be charged to the customer.
We encourage customers to check the package integrity at the time of delivery and report any issues within 24 hours.
In case of damaged or non-conforming product, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide replacement at no additional cost.
The Etapharma Affiliate Program, available at app.etapharma.com, allows Affiliates to promote Etapharma products and earn commissions on sales generated through their links or codes.
