{"id":14336,"date":"2026-09-25T15:58:01","date_gmt":"2026-09-25T13:58:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.etapharma.com\/right-of-withdrawal\/"},"modified":"2026-09-25T15:58:01","modified_gmt":"2026-09-25T13:58:01","slug":"right-of-withdrawal","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.etapharma.com\/en\/right-of-withdrawal\/","title":{"rendered":"Right of withdrawal"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The online sales service, order management and return procedures are handled entirely by <strong>Etapharma S.r.l.<\/strong> (hereinafter \u201cEtapharma\u201d), with registered office at Via Dogliotti n. 1, 93014 Mussomeli (CL), Italy, VAT no. 01966950857.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Purchases made on this website are governed by the Italian <strong>Consumer Code<\/strong> (Legislative Decree 206\/2005) and by the legislation in force on electronic commerce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Exercising the right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pursuant to Article 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer has the right to <strong>withdraw from the purchase within 14 days<\/strong> of delivery of the product, <strong>without giving any reason<\/strong>, provided that the item is returned:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&#8211; <strong>intact<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; <strong>perfectly packaged<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; <strong>unopened<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; <strong>unused<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>&#8211; complete with any accessories and original packaging.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that have been opened or used, or if the safety seal has been damaged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Products excluded from withdrawal<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pursuant to Article 59(1)(e) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal <strong>does not apply<\/strong> to <strong>sealed goods<\/strong> which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons <strong>once they have been unsealed after delivery<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This category includes, by way of example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&#8211; food supplements,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; cosmetics and personal care products,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; creams and serums,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; toothpastes,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; products intended for direct contact with the body,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; medicines and medical devices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Therefore, <strong>we cannot accept returns of products whose safety seal has been opened, broken or tampered with<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to request withdrawal<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send, <strong>within 14 days of delivery<\/strong>, a written notice to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udce7 <strong>info@etapharma.com<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">or through the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.etapharma.com\/en\/contacts\/\" title=\"\">Contacts<\/a><\/strong> section of the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following the request, Etapharma will provide the customer with instructions on how to return the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Returning the product<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer must <strong>send the product back within 14 days<\/strong> of sending the withdrawal request, as provided for by Article 57 of the Consumer Code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The product must be shipped to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Etapharma S.r.l.<\/strong><br><strong>Via Dogliotti n. 1<\/strong><br><strong>93014 Mussomeli (CL)<\/strong><br><strong>Italy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>return shipping costs<\/strong> are borne by the customer, unless otherwise communicated by Etapharma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer is responsible for packaging the product appropriately and protecting it properly during transport. Etapharma cannot be held liable for loss or damage caused by the courier during the return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Refund<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the product has been received and found to comply with the conditions set out above, Etapharma will <strong>refund the amount paid<\/strong>, using the same payment method used by the customer for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The refund will be made within the time limits established by law (up to a maximum of <strong>14 days<\/strong> from receipt of a compliant return).<\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The online sales service, order management and return procedures are handled entirely by Etapharma S.r.l.
