Orders received during the weekend will be processed <g id=\"gid_1\">on the following Monday<\/g>. In case of delays or delivery issues, we encourage customers to contact us promptly to report the incident.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shipments are made via <strong>express courier<\/strong> with estimated delivery in <strong>24\/48 hours<\/strong> (up to <strong>72 hours for islands and remote areas<\/strong>). <g id=\"gid_3\">Shipping is free<\/g> for all deliveries in Italy, regardless of the amount spent. <strong>Cash on delivery payment<\/strong> is available exclusively for shipments in Italy and <strong>does not incur additional costs<\/strong> on top of the order total.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the order is handed over to the courier, the customer will receive <strong>a tracking code<\/strong> to monitor the shipment status in real-time.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In case of <strong>recipient absence<\/strong>, the courier will make <strong>two delivery attempts<\/strong>. Subsequently, the package may be <strong>held<\/strong> at the courier&#8217;s warehouse; any <strong>storage, redelivery, or address change costs<\/strong> will be charged to the customer, unless otherwise indicated by Etapharma. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We encourage customers to <strong>check the package&#8217;s integrity<\/strong> upon delivery and report any anomalies (damaged, tampered, wet, or non-compliant packaging) <strong>within 24 hours<\/strong> of receipt, attaching photographic evidence when possible.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In case of <strong>damaged, missing, or non-compliant product<\/strong> with the order, the customer must contact us <strong>within 48 hours of receipt<\/strong>. After appropriate checks, Etapharma may proceed, depending on the case, with: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&#8211; <strong>product replacement<\/strong> at no additional cost;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; <strong>new shipment<\/strong> of missing items;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; or <strong>partial or full refund<\/strong> of the amount paid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In any case, the <strong>consumer&#8217;s right of withdrawal<\/strong> remains, as regulated in the dedicated section, according to the provisions of Legislative Decree 206\/2005 (Consumer Code). <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sales activities, order preparation, shipping, and returns management are entirely handled by Etapharma S.r.l.
